Just register here and print off the voucher you'll be emailed. This offer runs every Sunday to Thursday until 9th November, and you'll need a minimum of one voucher per six people (getting you three £1 meals)...

2. La Tasca

You can now get 50% off La Tasca main menu food items when you register here and print off the voucher.

The offer is valid every Sunday to Friday until 3rd November - and you'll need one voucher per table. Remember that the deal doesn't work on drinks!

3. Pizza Express

At Pizza Express, you can currently get two main courses for £10 when you register here and print off the voucher.

This offer runs every Sunday to Friday until 1st November - and you'll need one voucher for every two meals ordered.

4. Zizzi

Get 50% off main courses at Zizzi when you register here (via the Telegraph website) and print off the voucher. Just bear in mind that by signing up for this deal you're also signing up to receive promotional emails from the Telegraph.

The offer runs every Sunday to Thursday until 30th November, and doesn't include starters, desserts or drinks. One voucher covers a maximum of six people.

5. STRADA

You can currently get two main courses for the price of one at STRADA - just print off this voucher (via the GMTV website).

The offer runs every Sunday to Friday - but only until 30th October, so you'll have to be quick. You'll need one voucher for every free main course you want, and it's a maximum of three vouchers per table.
