Billionaire cities...

You don't have to be a billionaire to live here, but it sure would help.

There are a few cities in the world that offer all the attractions we look for: beauty, culture, shopping, entertainment, etc. But in a few of them, where the number of billionaires-in-residence is in double-figures, if you haven't got the cash, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.
