I'm sure most people who go to university never thought they'd end up on the dole or stacking shelves once they are finished. Not many of them would happily be racking up tens of thousands of pounds in debt in order to do a job they were qualified for at the age of 16.But that is the sad reality for one in three recent graduates: they're either on the dole or in low-skilled jobs following the worst recession living memory.

When it comes to hiring staff, employers have long needed to be careful not to discriminate on terms of race, gender and sexual orientation. But now recruiters have to worry about offending a whole new sector of the working population... the unreliable.
Move over Ryanair, there's an airline with its sights set on taking the title for the most cunning ways to bump up the price of a ticket.
